last paper Today marks the end of my exams, the end of year 1 and THE START OF THE HOLIDAYS!!! CPPA paper was super super^653749557 challenging. The more I do the paper, the more I wasnt to stop doing. It was that tough. Anyway, I'm not going to elaborate on that already. I shall state wll the things I'll be doing during the holidays!!
Hmm, that should be all. Haven thought of anymore yet. Went to far east to eat after exams. My first time going far east. Saw Johnson there too, I thought who was it who tapped Pamela's and my shoulder. Ate there then walk around and went home to rest as I am going out tonight. The initial plan was to go Nuoshi's house for mahjong then go Sakura for dinner. But the plan daobi because Nuoshi has to work and I and going out tonight. That's all. ah gong's birthday Just got home after celebrating ah gong's birthday at a restaurant under a HDB flat opposite the bedok 85 hawker centre. Think the restaurant was promoted by the channel 8 show HDB taitai? Amanda and I actually thought we were going to some random coffee shop so we wore kind of lok kok clothes? Anyway, I am just going to upload pictures. Nothing much to say. Huiyan left early to attend her friend's 21st birthday at Downtown East.  The place was kind of nicely-decorated although it was under a HDB flat Cold dish  Some fish maw soup that tastes like sharks' fins Teochew style fish because ah gong's a Teochew Coffee pork ribs and fruits coated pork ribs (in aluminium foil) Vegetables Drunken prawns Fried Mianxian The tea to go with the yam paste because its too sweet (the tea was super bitter) Yam paste with gingko nuts in water chestnut  Ah gong's birthday cake. I will upload the group picture after I receive it from 小姨. Next, I want to congratulate my dear brother Jonathan for getting 1st in place for the NSRCC bimonthly tournament. He won $200 cash. I was shocked when I received the news that he was competing for 1st or 2nd place as well as when I was told he was 1st place from papa's sms. I still remembered papa saying in the morning that he and Leon was always 3rd or 4th from the bottom that's why they went to support him at around his 3rd game? Hope Jonathan can keep up his good work as he will not have any handicap pins at the next bimonthly tournament already because his average now is 190++. Happy for him. That's all. ap chem Hai... Today's AP chem paper is a killer!! Excluding the MCQs which were managable. Hai... Some of the questions, I just follow my instinct on the workings, hopefully I can gain method marks? Anyway, I found that my concentration span now is super low!! Studied for like 1hr 30mins then go find food to eat ah, go find drinks to drink and go read blogs because my laptop is on. Hmm, I should off my laptop now, or else, there's no way I going to finish studying MIP. On a lighter note, I think I'll be able to get at least a B grade for AE & E after many rounds of estimated calculations. dinner Last night, papa finally remembered about celebrating my birthday!! Now I remembered, papa, mummy as well as Jonathan and Amanda didn't wish me happy birthday at all. Haha. Never mind la, at least someone remembered about it after 2 weeks? At first, we wanted to go to Jumbo for seafood at either East Coast or NSRCC but all were fully booked. The earliest time you can get a table is 8.30pm. Maybe its because of Valentine's Day? In the end, after much web-surfing for somewhere to eat, it was decided to go to East Coast for seafood. Found a parking place quite eaily. The place we dined at was Red House, if I never remember wrongly. The waiters and waitresses there are super enthusistis in serving us. Placed our orders and our food came in just 15 minutes?  Baby Squid  Red House specialty: Chilli Crab! $3.80 per 100g Fried You Tiao Braised Tofu Our finished food. The chilli crab was delicious, especially with the fried buns with the chilli crab sauce. Ate vegetables too but I was too busy savouring the crab and didn't want to dirty my phone by taking the picture. Spent arounf $170 there I guess. After dinner, went home. Watched Pirates of the Caribbean, the Curse of the Black Pearl on Disney Channel. After that, eat water apples? Its advisable to eat them with the sugar in black sauce thing. 14th feb Today is the 14th of February aka Valentine's Day aka International Friendship Day. My day started when mummy came into the room, asking me to wake up as it was already 8am!!! Must be last night's Survivor that made me overslept. I forgot that we had to meet ah ma at the Paya Lebar temple. Got dressed, went downstairs, drank milo and I was ready. Then, mummy said wait for papa to come fetch me and sis. Amanda went to blog about the Literature thing and I practise a bit of piano. Around 10 o'clock, reached the temple. It still looked the same as last year's and the previous years. I also don't know what's the reason of going to that temple. I just go there to pray for good results bah.  Lanterns.Anyway, we had a difficult time trying to find a table to sit. Finally found one, sat down and went to take mifen to eat. Shared with Amanda. Ate a few mouthfuls of it then it was out turn. Queued up. Went into the temple and the priest chanted edsomething that I don't understand. The ritual ended with everyone saying 'HUAT AH!' which I didn't say.  Horse. Goat. I don't know what's this. Just feel like taking a picture of it. Abacus? Remind me of Primary 1 and 2 bah.Once reached home, I tried to study for AP Chem but failed to concentrate. Ate a bit of leftover CNY goodies and slept on the sofa. 2.30pm, had piano lesson. Ms Chan said I can register for Grade 5 Practical already. It'll most likely be between July to September. Friday, the 13th Hmmm. Today is friday the 13th. Its is believed that today is supposed to be someday of bad luck? I don't know too. AE & E Just got home from school. Had AE & E test today. It was a super tricky paper, especially the MCQ which only carries one mark each. Anyway, this is not what I wanted to blog today. After the exam, the 那些s went to find Miss Claire Ng for I don't know what. Then, saw the rest of the class outside her room too. Then, we changed our mind and not ask her anymore. We started talking outside the corridor. Talked about AE & E. Then, the funny thing happen! Haha. Scenario: The 那些s were talking about the MCQ. Nuoshi: What thing? What thing? Then, Gil tried to be funny. Gil: What team? WILDCATS! What team? WILDCATS! Get your head in the game. Haha. Then all of us started laughing. After that, decided to go FC2 to have early dinner. While eating, we talked from AE & E to powerpuff girls. I shan't elaborate on how come we started the talk on powerpuff girls. Anyway, Gil and Nuoshi started singing the powerpuff girls song. Gil said she wants to be the Mayor. Haha. Then, Nuoshi suggested that Effendy should be Mojo-jojo. I forgot the reason why too. Ate our dinner, we left FC2. Walked through the sheltered-linkway, talking about having class chalet during the holidays. Gil suggested Changi, but I said it is very scary. The bunglow no door somemore. Plus, have a lot of mosquitoes. Gil trying to be funny again. Keep dancing and singing. Must be the aura of her new ninja-turtle Deuter bag. Then, switched topic to powerpuff again. I remember the Mayor always don't know how to open the pickle jar de. They started singing the powerpuff song again. Reached mrt station. Baded goodbye. Gil gone crazy again. She actually wished me 新年快乐. Anyway, at the platform, when our train came, Gil kept waving goodbye. Then Pamela told me we pretend not to know her. Haha. escalator 哈哈. Don't know how come I keep running up and down escalators today. On the way to school, 6.45 am already and I was still at home!! Rushed papa and Jonathan to faster eat. 6.50am, got out of house. Then auto-gate have problems again. Papa keep using the remote to open and close the door.
I think the 2 people beside me think something wrong with me. Keep trying to catch my breathe all the way from Tanah Merah to Bedok. Had CRS CA3 today. I did the technology question. Ate FC1 niang tofu. Did last AE & E date sheet and handed in. NO MORE AE & E FOREVER!!! Photocopied yirui's AE & E revision at some ulu ulu photocopying shop at T1 basement. The shop charges $0.03 for each page I think. 12pm. Reached Dover mrt station. Train arriving in 1 min but its destination is at Aljunied so I didn't want to take it. The giong up escalator not working so I climbed up. However, when the train arrived, I saw so many empty seats so took it all the way to Aljunied. In the train, a girl came up to me asking for pencil, then her mum asked for a pen. So I lend them. Reached Aljunied, took the next train home. Upon reaching Tanah Merah, I looked out of the window, saw bus 14 at the traffic light. Train reached Tanah Merah, I chiong-ed out of the door, ran down escalator, tapped card again, ran down another escalator, Ran through the same tunnel I ran through in the morning, Ran up the escalator and dashed for the bus. In the end, my whole train + bus journey only took 45mins. The shortest time I took to get home because of all these running up and down the escalator.

rain I"VE JUST WASTED HALF AN HOUR OF MY LIFE UNDER THE BUS-STOP TODAY!!! DOING NOTHING!!! The rain was so heavy till I was wet from head to toe. Called home, called Amanda and Jonathan. All also never answer my call. Then I messaged Michelle and she actually 配合 me. Had CD presentation today as well as AP chem quiz and my last GEM CA. National videos from 2000 to 2008 as well as the national athem is available at nationalism2009.blogspot.com. Anyway, I shall start on my AE & E revision now. Cherished @ 3:34 PM |
