co I suddenly got the urge to take up pipa again! (after hearing a few CO pieces) The flow of chinese orchestra music is just so different from the music played on the piano. I should go dig out my scores and revise on how to play. Haha. I seriously want to! Maybe I should give ding lao shi a call soon. After everything's cleared. Happened to chance upon this on youtube and downloaded it. 城里的月光(pipa and piano duet). It's a bit muffled but I think it's quite nice. =) I suddenly miss going for CO practises. Cherished @ 9:18 PM wonders Sometimes I wonder. Did I choose the right course? I mean. I prefer calculations. I prefer critical thinking. Shouldn't I be in a course that to do a lot with calculations? Some people even say that I have an accountant face. Do I? Is it time for regret? Many people are suddenly talking about FYP, which is in like more than a semester's time? I remember there was once during the first few days of this semester. Nashrul asked me to be in his FYP group? I gave a reply 'Huh?' Yirui was with me then. Why is everyone so concerned about FYP now? When we are supposed to be more concerned about ITP? I don't know what others are thinking. But, I just want this semester to vanish in the blink of my eye. As for today, I believe I was quite productive. Didn't have to go school today as practical was cancelled. However, I went to cafe library to study with Michelle. I studied for 4 hours straight! Quite proud of myself though. I completed maths tutorial, rewrote all qaas tutorials and started studying for thursday's qaas test. Another week is over. This means a week less to study for semester exams. This means a week less to practise my piano which is in a 'cannot make it' state now. I longed to be back in secoundary school. Everything was different back then. bored Sian. Waiting for the fo chem videos to get converted. I took like 2 hours since I got home to find this programme. Had been trying to find it since saturday. Haha. Maybe I'm a computer noob. Or unlucky. At least I'm lucky to have found this. Hopefully the videos are converted successfully. Zodiac's dinner Haha. Last friday, met up with zodiac for dinner because Shihan's treating! And I'm wearing my super huge Zodiac T-shirt since I have not worn it after so long.    It suddenly dawned on us that Zodiac has aged after graduating from secondary school. Haha. Seeing those secondary school students made us want to go back in time, to 3 years ago. Anyway, got to thank Miss Shihan (Mai Dou) for treating us! She even helped us order and served us. Haha. The funnist scene was when she wanted to give each of us $10 to buy our dinner. Like mother giving out pocket money. =P Zodiac suggested celebrating National Day together but Joel cannot make it because he is an usher. Shang yue during mooncake festival and chalet was also suggested while some of us hurried to write Shihan's birthday card. That's all I guess. Got to prepare for last duty! I will miss the days Michelle, Felicia and I going for walkabouts together. I will miss the times I think of stupid audit questions that will never ever come out. I will miss the times I escort passengers till my legs ache. I will miss all the memories of CYA. Will be doing duty with my dear Michelle today. It's like after so long that we can do duty at the same counter again. Haven't even go for last duty so sad already. I am thinking of organising a CYA gathering at my house for close CYA friends. One day. Maybe one day. Before we all start our ITP. (since Michelle and Felicia had been asking me since who knows when) I try to remember to bring camera later. choices Why did my piano exam fall on the same week as semestral exams? I can't do make-up exams if I'm so unlucky that I have exam on that day, or worse still, that time! OITP Should I apply to go for overseas itp? Since my piano exam is on the 25th of August, and papa allow me to go, so just try. Should be going the Shanghai one though, who wants to go to the England one and see someone everyday for 5-6 weeks? Breakfast see him, lunch see him, dinner see him. Haha. slackers Just one phrase and others have to do your bidding? Just one ' i don't know how to do ' If you can't contribute to projects, why choose the poly route? You don't know how to do means others know how to do? How can you always expect so much from others? It's just isn't fair. Others do the work and you just sit there shake leg, stare at the laptop screen and irritating and rushing the person who's helping you. Please know your limits. no msn for the week I don't know what's wrong. Have been feeling very tired these few days. Log into msn also don't feel like chatting. So, it is decided that I will not log into msn unless there is a need to. I'm going to bed soon. The cough's making me want to sleep now. It's difficult to force yourself to control coughing. I have to practice coughing softly, if not, everyone will run away from me on the mrt tomorrow. This happened today when I kept coughing from Bugis all the way to Paya Lebar. Even have empty seat beside me also no one wants to sit. Keep taking in deep breaths, trying to smoothen the itchiness in my throat but it didn't help. No water somemore. Good night everyone. not again Let's just start by saying HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY RAHMAT. Hope your thumb heals soon. It not, cannot do titration. Next, I can predict I'm going to fall sick very soon. It's only a matter of time. My family don't seem to care about me being sick or going to be sick. Mummy still buy curry chicken for dinner and ate chips with Amanda after dinner. I didn't even take a small nibble. Drinking lots of water for these 2 days didn't help my throat at all. It got worse. I had been coughing non-stop since I got back from school. If I'm not well by the end of this week, I'm going to drag myself to pay a visit to Doctor Lim's clinic. Sore throat. A bit of dry cough. Soon, flu will come by. still the same So thoughtful of mummy to buy liang cha for me when she dao-bao-ed dinner for me and Amanda. However, don't think it helped because my throat's still in it's cannot-make-it state. I have been drinking litres after litres of water. Anyway, I had to be a babysitter for half a day just now. Jonathan and I, babysitting 3 cousins. Anna was the worse, can't stop climbing up and down the stairs and pushing chairs around. Give her sweet, eat finish le continue running around, give her yakult to drink, also continue running, switched on 101 Dalmatians dvd for her to watch, she go see her jiejie and korkor play computer. Keep saying she want to watch Barney and repeatedly say 'baby-kicking'. I keep running after her till damn tired. Bring her to toilet also have to go upstair's toilet. One thing to note: She's quite clever to be able to go toilet by herself considering that she's only 2 years old. Plus, she love colouring and eating. Only food can help entertain her a while. falling sick? Please don't tell me I'm going to fall sick. My throat feels as if it's burning now. Mummy still buy western food for dinner just now. Must be the asam prawns mummy cooked last night followed by durians for the past week on every other day. I don't want to get sick. From always sitting in the same row for lessons with nuoshi and pamela to still doing the same now. From always complaining to the north pole lecture 7's aircon to shopping to going to Tampines to eating fish soup and subway. From playing pictionary with the class to chiong-ing qaas together while pressing our calculators vigorously when Dr Ong conducts the lesson like a bullet train to the time you accompanied me to Bugis to get presents for my friends to the time you got lost even at city hall. it's over Finally, 2nd year - 1st sem - 1st mst is over. Just got home from Tampines. Went shopping but didn't buy anything. Went to watch Ice Age 3 with Nuoshi, Yirui and Pamela. It was quite funny, kept laughing. Saw Kent at the movie too, as well as tjco people at the Sony shop at Tampines 1. Just realised that I watched 3 movies in less than a month. Ghost of Girlfriend's Past, Blood: The Last Vampire and Ice Age 3. Must save money le. CE I didn't do finish the paper today. Due to a stupid mistake of not reading the 1st line of the question and as a result, spent 20mins trying to derive formulas. It was only during the last 10 mins that I happen to look at the question and found out. No time le. 10 mins for 25 marks. In the end, left the 9 marks question blank. If only I had another 5 mins.
